Introduction
The responsibility for a technical process, keeping the process going and improving it on a daily base. That is the core of your new challenge as Electrical Process Engineer.
Function
In your role as a Electrical Process Engineer you will have the daily responsibility of the soldering process. You are going to make sure that the process keeps on going. You need to have a proactive attitude and continuously improve the process. You are going to improve the process on both the machine and manual processes sides. You will have a supporting role so you will answer questions from operations about the process. You are going to work with the maintenance plan of the machines, tools and implement improvements. As a Electrical Process Engineer you will advise your superior and the manager engineering on investments, including tooling, machines, and training for operators. You are in direct contact with suppliers to solve any issues within the process.
You are going to advise the technical project managers on the manufacturability within the projects. You are going to create maintenance schedules and after the maintenance you are going to check if the maintenance has been carried out. You are going to provide the training to operators and going to think alongside the factory road map.
Requirements
As Electrical Process Engineer, you recognize yourself in the following requirements:
– Bachelor/Master in a technical direction for example Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics
– 1 Year experience in a similar position, for example as a Process Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer or Test Engineer
– You communicate easily with different layers in the organization
– Good communication skills in Dutch and English
– You are proactive and analytically strong
