Introduction

Function
Together with your colleagues you will be responsible for the electronics part of the solutions: systems or products, which are developed and produced for and in consultation with customers. These customers are companies within the automotive, medical or semiconductor industry. Together with a Senior Designer you fulfil an intermediary role between the customer and the department. In this position, you will be working on a variety of projects in a project-based manner. As a Hardware Designer you will:
- Design, develop, implement, test and document hardware modules, products or systems
- Setup or support work break schedule
- Work according to design methods, procedures, guidelines, instructions and plans
- Keep your hardware design expertise up to date
Requirements
As a Hardware Designer you hold a Bachelor or Master Degree in Electronics or similar and you have minimally 2 years of working experience. Besides this, you match with the following points:
- Power electronics, electronics to control and convert electric power for applications like E-charger, solar systems and/or motor control
- Experience with CE, EMC directive and UL standards is preferred
- Knowledge of HW tools (Spice, Matlab, Altium, DXdesigner) is preferred
- Good communication skills
